SMS Terms of Service

Program Description

The Clinically Linked Clinical Trial Opportunity and Account Notification SMS Program is operated by Clinically Linked (a DBA of Oral Care Direct LLC), an independent clinical trial opportunity resource located at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801. Clinically Linked is not a research organization, sponsor, medical facility, or healthcare provider. This program sends two categories of messages:

  • Account Notifications (opt-in required): confirmation that an inquiry was received, coordination status updates, guide delivery, and notifications when new trial opportunities matching the user's stated interests become available.
  • Clinical Trial Tips and Updates (separate opt-in required): tips on how to find and sign up for clinical trials, general updates about available study categories, and new content from the resource library.

No Research or Health Solicitation Statement

This SMS program is operated by an independent opportunity resource, not by a clinical research organization, trial sponsor, drug development company, or health provider. Messages sent through this program contain informational updates and opportunity notifications only. Your phone number and SMS opt-in data will never be sold to or shared with research organizations, sponsors, drug development companies, lead aggregation platforms, or any third-party marketing organization.

How to Opt In

Users opt in by checking the applicable consent checkbox(es) on the interest form at https://clinicallylinked.com/contact or on the opt-in form on the home page. Each message category requires a separate, independent opt-in.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel all messages from that program. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To opt out of only one message category, contact us at reach@clinicallylinked.com and specify which program you wish to leave.

Message Frequency

The account notifications program sends a maximum of 4 messages per inquiry event plus ongoing opportunity updates as relevant new studies become available, not to exceed 6 messages per month. The clinical trial tips and updates program sends no more than 4 messages per month.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Clinically Linked does not charge for SMS messages.

Data Privacy

Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third party, including research organizations, sponsors, drug development companies, lead aggregation platforms, or any other marketing organization. Contact information shared with an independent research program for a coordination introduction is limited to that specific introduction only.

Condition of Access

Consent to receive SMS messages is never required as a condition of accessing content or coordination services on Clinically Linked.

Supported Carriers

Compatible with most major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Carrier support may vary.
