The process

A five-step path from curious to confidently enrolled — or politely opted out.

Every step is transparent. You stay in control. Here's exactly what to expect when you connect with Clinically Linked.

Clinically Linked is an independent clinical trial opportunity resource. We are not a research organization, medical facility, or healthcare provider. Eligibility is determined by independent research organizations, not by Clinically Linked. Content on this site is for informational purposes only.

01

Tell us what you're interested in

Use the contact form to share your name, the trial categories that interest you, and any availability notes. You do not need to share medical history or health records.

Example: "I'd consider Sleep Studies and Healthy Volunteer Studies. Evenings work best."

02

We find matching opportunities

Our coordination team reviews your interest profile and identifies independent research programs currently enrolling volunteers in your stated areas.

Example: a vaccine study at a research clinic 12 miles from you opens new spots this month.

03

Receive a plain-language introduction

We send you the program's information — what they're studying, expected time commitment, location, and how to reach the research team directly.

Example: "6 visits over 8 weeks, 30 minutes each, conducted at the on-site clinic."

04

Ask questions, take your time

Talk to the research team. Read their consent materials. Talk it over with your doctor or family. There's no expectation to commit.

Example questions: "What happens at visit one? Can I withdraw later? What is reimbursed?"

05

Decide — and stay in control

If it's a fit, you enroll directly with the research organization. If not, you stay on the list for future opportunities or opt out at any time.

Example: many volunteers say no to the first introduction and yes to the second or third.

Introductions are a courtesy coordination service only. Clinically Linked does not determine eligibility, guarantee acceptance, or control study terms. All enrollment decisions are made by the independent research organization. Volunteering for any study is entirely your choice.
